Beyond price and pickup date, what clauses do you always include so buyers and breeders share expectations?

Health guarantees, return policy, and spay/neuter timing are on my list — what am I missing?

We spell out health warranty window, what diagnostics count, who pays return transport, and that the puppy must come back to us first if the buyer cannot keep it. Registration papers and microchip transfer are tied to fulfillment of the agreement.
