BreederWorks treats Kennel → Younglings and Litters as operational source data. Public listings and integrations read that data, so sync is only as accurate as the youngling status, pricing, photos, and descriptions you maintain in the app.

- Update youngling Status (for example ready or sold) when reality changes.
- Keep litter and parent links correct so the right puppies show under the right breeding.
- Edit listing copy and photos on the youngling record, not only on the website editor.
- Use Advertisement → Website to align pages and FAQs with what Store and Kennel say.
- After bulk edits, spot-check the live site or integration output.
Practical note
Two conflicting sources of truth means someone—usually you—reconciles them at midnight.
