Review the buyer's Customer record, any Application, and the Youngling you are placing. On the youngling, Pick order (litter) documents sequence; Status moves toward sold when placement is final. Link the sale to an Order when money and paperwork follow that path.
Matching factors
- Program fit and communication history in notes
- Application answers vs. current reality
- Puppy price, temperament notes, and medical context on the youngling
- Timing relative to go-home dates
- Any fairness rules you publish to buyers
