Managing your waitlist

Overview

Store → Customers is the waitlist in practice. Each customer has a CustomerStatus (new, prospective, future, deposit, order, active, hold, and others) plus notes. Use that field honestly so reports and your own memory stay aligned.

What to track

  • Status transitions as interest becomes concrete
  • Litter or program preferences in notes
  • Deposit or order links when money appears
  • Pick order (litter) on a youngling when you sequence picks
  • Last contact or next step in notes

Practical note

Statuses only work if you change them when reality changes.
