Managing pregnancies

Overview

Kennel → Pregnancies is where you follow confirmed pregnancies—due timing, status, and notes—before or alongside creating a Litter record.

Workflow

1. Create a pregnancy entry tied to the dam (and sire in notes or linked records as your process defines).
2. Update status and dates as veterinary information arrives.
3. When whelping is imminent, align with your Litter workflow and younglings.

Practical note

One pregnancy row per real pregnancy reduces duplicate litter confusion.
