Overview

Store → Orders ties a customer to dated line items. Items can reference kennel animals, litters, office products, or services depending on what you sell.

Workflow

1. Create the order with correct customer linkage.
2. Add line items with quantities and prices.
3. Record payments against the order until complete.

Practical note

Line items are where revenue detail lives—orders without items are wishful thinking.
